The Artist has developed a love of woodworking into a full-time passion Hand Turning Specialty Wood and Resin into Amazing Decorative Creations. His Art, the delicate craft of Wood Turning, has moved from the Experimental to the Extraordinary in his workshop on the Gulf Coast of Florida.
The Process
From raw timber to finished art — every step done by hand
Select the Wood
Each project starts with carefully sourced specialty and domestic wood species, chosen for their unique grain patterns and character.
Shape on the Lathe
Using traditional wood turning techniques, the raw block is slowly shaped into its final form — a bowl, vase, or decorative piece.
Infuse with Resin
Vibrant epoxy resin is carefully poured to fill natural voids, creating stunning contrasts between wood and color.
Finish & Polish
Multiple rounds of sanding and finishing bring out the natural beauty, resulting in a silky-smooth surface that highlights every detail.
Gulf Coast Inspired
Based in Gulf Breeze, Florida, the artist's work is deeply influenced by the natural beauty of the Gulf Coast. The turquoise waters, golden sunsets, and weathered driftwood of the Emerald Coast all find their way into his color choices and designs.
