Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days and are delivered via USPS or UPS. Standard delivery within the United States takes 5–10 business days.

We currently ship within the United States only. All orders include free standard shipping. If you're outside the US and interested in a piece, contact us β€” we may be able to arrange international shipping on a case-by-case basis.

We package every piece with extra care, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll work with you to repair, recreate, or replace your piece. See our full Refund & Satisfaction Policy for more details.

To keep your piece looking its best:

  • Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth
  • Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and extreme heat
  • Keep away from standing water
  • Occasionally apply mineral oil or beeswax to wood surfaces
  • Never use a dishwasher, microwave, or submerge in water
  • Bowls are intended for decorative use and dry foods only
  • Use only battery-operated lights in votive candle holders β€” never real flames
